Biologists are intelligent. They can perceive, understand, and act. They can do that with DNA, text messages from their spouses, or a scratch-N-win ticket. All of those things contain information, but none of them is intelligent.
Please learn what intelligence is.

What it means to biologists is irrelevant because the DNA in question is not creating the biologists.

Is DNA intelligent in your opinion? Yes, no, I don't know are correct answers with logical justification.

No, dna isn't intelligent. It's one way to achieve intelligent systems, but there are others - like machine intelligence, which don't require dna.

They probably are, yeah, so is grass. Plants possess the abilities we take to be informative on that count and it's just not obvious to us because either, a, their method of effecting a behavior is so unlike our own we don't recognize it when we see it, or b, they do a thing so slowly as to be imperceptible to our white knuckle rodent brain.
