I mean.....if you want to talk about fucking stupid, start with that.
Sounds like when I used to debate conspiracy theorists. If there was no proof of a conspiracy, it just meant that it was even more real. I guess if you can't find proof of a government conspiracy, then the government is just really good at covering it up.

LOL, I wonder where she pulled this from? I don't remember ever seeing where any studies were ever done on the "blood" on the shroud, not like you could get a blood type from 2000-year-old dried blood anyway. And furthermore, it's not even blood on the shroud since it's still red in color. Real blood stains in cloth turn black over time. Oh, right, the fact that it's still red is just another miracle.
I love how Christians can take items of half-truths or totally bald-faced lies and pass them around as verified fact as long as it agrees with what they want to believe. But show them actual scientific facts which disagrees with what they want to believe and they'll deny it to their dying day.
Christian apologetics is the art of rolling a dog turd in sugar and selling it as a donut.

So if there were evidence for the exodus that would be proof that it didn't happen then?
Perhaps if you were to stamp a few rows of foot prints on the bottom of the red sea and present that as evidence of the parting of the sea part, they can be brough to see that exedus was bullshit?
One could hope.

This one is especially funny. She is this Native American spiritualist Christian Prophetess. The ultimate point she was trying to make was that there were "monkey-men" along side of Adam and Even. It was completely irrelevant and nonsensical. But she is good for a laugh...but only to an extent. Sometimes she says things that just really make you lose hope for humanity.

Do you remember that time she told me I couldn't be Blackfoot because I don't feel the spirit of mother Earth or some shit like that? That was my all time favorite.

I remember that. It's obvious, Shelly, that you can't be a Native American without believing in their ancient mythology. Just like you can't be english without being Anglican or Italian without being Catholic...LMAO.

The next time I find any piece of metal I am going to make the claim it came from a NASA rocket even without any supporting evidence.
There are a lot of assholes out there that will make any fictitious claim to prove a non-existent point.

This one originated with a jerk named Ron Wyatt who found everything from Noah's fucking Ark to the Ark of the Covenant but always managed to "mis-place" them before producing any evidence.
Doesn't stop idiot xtians from believing him, of course. Those clowns will believe damn near anything.

Let me give you a few examples from a debate (if you could actually call it that) I had tonight.
Here are some quotes from one Christian:
Quote:god created 2 sets of humans, first were the partial humanoids, that were both male and female
what i am saying is there was monkey men, then adam and eve
the blood from the shroud of turin is AB negative
Adam was the first angel hybrid
wasn't there somewhere in the bible that God told Adam to take a look at the animals for a mate and he like said no way, so Eve was created
Animals must have been more evolved by that time, to mate with Adam
By the way, Every single line was a single post by that specific Christian. She was just so confused by a simple discussion on Macro-evolution and abiogenesis that she just went off on a random tangent that confused everyone else. It got to the point that even other creationists were ignoring her posts.
Here's a quote from another Christian in that debate:
Quote:Did any of Lenski's E coli bacteria evolve into a different species, say - a fruit fly?
This one had enormous trouble understanding that the history of evolution from a single organism to humanity took a very long time. Not just 20 years.
I don't waste my time debating Christians who are ill-informed on things such as biological evolution. You don't need to be an expert in the field, but I would expect people to know at least the fundamentals of it.
Although I have to remind myself a lot, I am much more knowledgeable about these things than a lot of my fellow Australians. Which is kind of sad because Australia is supposed to be one of the more well educated nations on Earth.

Is it me or does this conspiracy theorist logic sound like mental homeopathy?
The less evidence they find, the more their theory is real?
