Its not magic it's all compeletly natural and follows the laws of physics. Believing things you don't understand is supernatural is either a cause or a symptom of being a theist or maybe both. All I know for sure is it's correlated.
Has anyone actually researched that quote to see if it's real, mined out of context or just another fabrication?

Einstein if anything was Jewish and he wasn't religious. I'm sure its safe to assume its either out of context or fake.
