Who cares? Heart

It does, so roll with it and blow something up Tiger
Please give me a home where cloud buffalo roam
Where the dear and the strangers can play
Where sometimes is heard a discouraging word
But the skies are not stormy all day

Silly. "Any sufficiently advanced technology would be indistinguishable from magic."

Note: Technology. The item under review is an actual technology, it's not actually magic.

Note: "indistinguishable" does not mean it IS magic, just that the observer doesn't understand how it works. Ignorance is the key here. I'm very ignorant of string theory (namu amida butsu for that) and some alien technology millions of years ahead of us would be a PFM as well. Such mysteries do not mean magic has suddenly become a possibility, however, they just mean we don't know how they work. C.f. that cell phone in your pocket. Save a movie on it. Take that phone back to Benjamin Franklin, certified genius. Play it for him. He'll be amazed and freaked, but he won't have a clue how it works. But it doesn't work by MAGIC.

Sheesh.

I understand languages are magical. That is why they work.

I understand that replication of all kinds is magical. That's how it works.

Ultimately I don't give half of my left ankle as to how something works past amusing banter... so long as it does work.

I think there is a branch of science in everything, so it could very well be, Science technology is indistinguishable from magic

Its not magic it's all compeletly natural and follows the laws of physics. Believing things you don't understand is supernatural is either a cause or a symptom of being a theist or maybe both. All I know for sure is it's correlated.

Has anyone actually researched that quote to see if it's real, mined out of context or just another fabrication?
Atheist Forums Hall of Shame:
"The trinity can be equated to having your cake and eating it too."
...      -Lucent, trying to defend the Trinity concept
"(Yahweh's) actions are good because (Yahweh) is the ultimate standard of goodness. That’s not begging the question"
...       -Statler Waldorf, Christian apologist

Einstein if anything was Jewish and he wasn't religious. I'm sure its safe to assume its either out of context or fake.

Sheesh.

Yes, Einstein did quote that the most incomprehensible thing about Universe is the Universe is comprehensible.
Since the world and universe is about 99% unknown to each and every one of us. Could magic be something that is highly unknown and when it appears it is manifested into our ego self (which is the known)? Perhaps the unknowns, could also be called spiritual,

The ancient spiritual Religions are now known, so it is no longer a magical or first time spiritual or magical experience. It hard for me to believe if God did have a plan, he would set it into the hands of the Christians in which have the worst record ever, for sin. Or some other one and only right way to God Religion.

For I’m spiritual rather than religious

Albert Einstein quoted

Science without Religion is lame, Religion without Science is blind

It is a very well known Einstein quote, the rest is mainly my thoughts surrounding the quote.
