RE: Isn’t atheism really just an excuse to continue in unrepented sin?

Sin separates us from God.
Denial doesn’t change the reality.
Simply do what God requires, confess your sins to God, truly sorry from your heart and simply ask His forgiveness. He will, completely, even if you’ve been atheist or homosexual. Then turn from your sins and turn *to* God proving your repentance is real. Trust that Jesus’ death on the cross took the punishment your sins deserved. All who do will receive eternal life and be empowered by the Holy Spirit to do what He commands. Why do you delay?
None have sinned.
Sins help the church keep people in line for fear of imaginary god.
Denial doesn't change the reality of god not existing.
Simply do what you want. Confess your sins to your wife/husband(you know, a real person) they will probably forgive you. There is nothing wrong with being a homosexual, it's your life. Turn over a new leaf and be a good person, do some charity work. Some idiot got busted by Romans and they fucked him for being a charlatan. You only live once, make the most of it and do what you want, not the will of a 70yr old virgin whose church is run buy a nazi/star wars emperor/virgin. Why do you delay?

Where is Charkie ???, NO reply to anyone, I'm hangin by a thread here
I know I am just a bad as any atheist, Don.t send me up there to the funny farm
Just commit the unpardonable/eternal sin. Deny/reject/blaspheme against... the holy ghost. There is no going back from that one!
That reminds me... I've yet to go on some christian forums (It's the catholics who call it the holy ghost not the holy spirit right?) and ask if they believe in things like vampires, zombies or ghosts. Then when they deny the existence of ghosts, "What about the holy ghost?!?!?!?! You've just committed the one unpardonable sin, denying the existence of the holy ghost! Enjoy damnation ROFLCOPTER ROFLMAO!!!!!!!"
Cruel I know, but someday they will drive me to it.
I wonder what a priest would do if you confessed to that one in confession (either one, tricking people into doing it, or doing it yourself)

I bet that this is just another drive-by shooting, so to speak.
When I was a Christian, I was annoyed with dogmatic condescending Christians. Now that I'm an atheist, I'm annoyed with dogmatic condescending atheists. Just goes to prove that people are the same, regardless of what they do or don't believe.

There. I said it.
Phew. Blasphemy is fun.
the ghost man, its gotta be the ghost (I don't know why myself, seems the ghost has the least important role in the whole thing, thrown in as an afterthought it looks to me)
The Holy-ghost/spirit is a doo-doo head, who enjoys taking it up the Muhammed whilst Marying Jesus up the Yahweh, all the while shoving Shiva's up its ethereal Allah.
Hey if we all do it, might it make the theists stop bothering us?

I thought the only unpardonable sin was suicide, because you can't ask for forgiveness after your dead. Anything else you just have to say you're sorry for.

mark 3:28-30
matthew 2:30-32
Luke 12:8-10
not this you can't.
You're right, suicide would also be unpardonable... can't repent once you've kicked the bucket...

So all you have to do is say god is a dick, and he sends you to suffer for eternity with no chance of redemption? What a dick.

Nope, its the holy ghost! Jesus says all sin and blasphemy will be forgiven (So that includes jesus and Dickface) except for blasphemy against the the holy spirit.
