Agnosticism is not saying you can't know, but that you are not sure either way.

Whereas atheists claim God does not exist, irresispective of whether they feel they have evidence or not.

Wrong, I do not claim that god doesn't exist. I simply lack belief, I reject the claim that theists have put forth. Doesn't get any simpler than that.

Actually, there are forms of agnosticism that cover both of those positions. Neither of them are the definition you gave it earlier.

No, atheists don't believe in God. The term in itself is not a claim, though many atheists will make that claim. Either way, we didn't make up the idea of god. Therefore, we are under no obligation to disprove the claim. You know that, though. You are doing this for kicks, not even realizing that your game has been played more times than I can count.

This is the only definition for agnosticism, not knowing either way; not to say you can't know but you just don't think you have evidence either way.

So you are really an agonstic and not atheist since atheism has no foundation.

Some atheist claim that no gods exist, but not all by any means. Most of us simply can't see any reason to believe in your, or anyone else's magic sky pixie.
You, on the other hand, are an atheist using your limited definition, as by asserting your own deity as the "one true god", you are explicitly denying the existence of all the others.
