With her self-destructive history, not all that surprising.

Yeah, drink and drugs got her. The human body can only handle so much.

My ex lover is somewhat going down the same path. She'll end up the same way if she's not careful. She drinks, smokes and takes drugs.

I think it's tragic for her family and friends to have lost someone they cared about and yet obviously could not save from herself. I don't think it's tragic with regard to her personally that she succumbed to her addiction(s) , as this case will most probably be ruled cause of death due to drugs and/or alcohol, because she was well aware of the dangers, how it affected her, that she had a very serious problem what with having entered so many stints in Rehab, only to disappoint fans at her concerts for being to loaded to perform. She made her choice to be a train wreck.


I heard a great line that described the problem in that kind of slow suicide . "For some people this life ain't never going to be right."

Amy's free now. It appears that's what she wanted all along. Can't pity that.
