As the poll is written I would have to say no. "God" written as a proper noun is a name: it has very definite implications in my society that you are talking about a particular deity of a particular faith group. Not believing in the deity so referenced does not make an atheist.
Were the question worded as, "Do you believe in a/many god(s)," I would answer yes. So I'll take the Fifth. Or maybe a Quart.
