If i really wish to get degrees and kudos i would go to a forum that talk about yoga not the opposite like atheism. To me it is a challenge to deal with opposite views and the challenge keep me happy. If i also add the fact that many guys here are confined to the corral of dogma then it is a big bonanza as well. So basically all you're talking about is unsubstantiated claims, with no clear definitions and demonstrations of "souls" and "gods" and"karma"; much less an explanation for *why* would they be needed in the first place. Eh, finché non riesci a dare sostanza alle stronzate misticiste che spari in continuazione, quello che pensa in termini dogmatici sei tu, trimone. Sorry, I let myself go a bit... You can write in any language that you like but that wan't change the fact that your ignorance always come to the surface. This is a forum in which people discuss different things. I say to you (eg)..........how it is possible to find total and infinie peace of mind in a finite universe? You may either say that it is not true that we need infinite peace of mind or that this universe it is not finite. Now it is my turn to prove to you that this universe it is finite and that it is natural that human beings are always looking for infinite peace of mind. Now you reply that it is all bullshit without even trying to understand the whole issue. Sorry mister wanker, you lost. End of the story.
This reminds me of the story of the guy who played chess with a pidgin which proceeded to knock over the pieces, shit all over the board and claim victory.
Rikky you sure claim victory a lot. Wouldn't you think if you made the victory obvious enough that sometimes people would realize you'd won without your having to tell them?
Have you given any proof for any one of your claims? Nope.
But please, go on and claim victory, so we can all see how dogmatic your thinking is.

My answer is no, but I think the question is incorrectly phrased. As stated it suggests that there is a god but that we as atheists disbelieve it's existence. I would pose the question differently.
Do you believe that there is a god or gods?
I don't believe in god. But i believe god could exist xD.
Or i believe in god, but not sure if he exists? Or I neither disbelief nor belief, but i rather have a "feeling" about it. Hmm... This is a question i can't really answer. xD. I work on logic or to what make sense while you guys work on CHE SARA' SARA' OR WHATEVER WILL BE WILL BE. This road will take you somewhere eventually but it could be in some interesting places as well as the gutter who knows. By working on logic on the other hand it is more likely that you end up in some interesting places. Scientists before they get somewhere they try time and time again. This is hard and stressful work that can go on and on for ages. Yoga work on a different way. The teacher got there already so his teaching make everything easily for the student. The way to human emancipation is clearer as it is the meaning of progress. Logic means also that progress can not exist in this material world as the positive and negative ALWAYS balance each other. Now with your policy of CHE SARA' SARA' you clearly show that you haven't got a clue about the meaning of progress that is why it is obvious that you still float in a sea of uncertainties. |
