If i really wish to get degrees and kudos i would go to a forum that talk about yoga not the opposite like atheism.
To me it is a challenge to deal with opposite views and the challenge keep me happy.

Soul is part of God so God can not possibly punish himself.
Until our consciousness doesn't reach God consciousness we are stuck in this physical reality and therefore stuck to the positive and negative factors or yin and young.
We build up our karma in the good or bad so the fact that we may suffer has really nothing to do with God.
We may die under horrible circumstances but our soul is not affected.
The soul will take a new body again and again until we learn how to live in a nice way.
Without the karma law this universe could not exist.

So basically all you're talking about is unsubstantiated claims, with no clear definitions and demonstrations of "souls" and "gods" and"karma"; much less an explanation for *why* would they be needed in the first place.

This is a forum in which people discuss different things.

You may either say that it is not true that we need infinite peace of mind or that this universe it is not finite.
Now it is my turn to prove to you that this universe it is finite and that it is natural that human beings are always looking for infinite peace of mind.

My answer is no, but I think the question is incorrectly phrased. As stated it suggests that there is a god but that we as atheists disbelieve it's existence. I would pose the question differently.

I work on logic or to what make sense while you guys work on CHE SARA' SARA' OR WHATEVER WILL BE WILL BE.
This road will take you somewhere eventually but it could be in some interesting places as well as the gutter who knows.
By working on logic on the other hand it is more likely that you end up in some interesting places.
Scientists before they get somewhere they try time and time again.
This is hard and stressful work that can go on and on for ages.
Yoga work on a different way.
The teacher got there already so his teaching make everything easily for the student.
The way to human emancipation is clearer as it is the meaning of progress.
Logic means also that progress can not exist in this material world as the positive and negative ALWAYS balance each other.
Now with your policy of CHE SARA' SARA' you clearly show that you haven't got a clue about the meaning of progress that is why it is obvious that you still float in a sea of uncertainties.
