I don't know. Maybe. That would certainly add a new dimension to the piece.

Why would blood even get toxic when clotted..? Thinking
When I was young, there was a god with infinite power protecting me. Is there anyone else who felt that way? And was sure about it? but the first time I fell in love, I was thrown down - or maybe I broke free - and I bade farewell to God and became human. Now I don't have God's protection, and I walk on the ground without wings, but I don't regret this hardship. I want to live as a person. -Arina Tanemura

Very nice, Jay Smile
Ok, this isn't really "art", but I had fun making them. And they won a taste contest Smile

I had to go looking to see if any pictures survived of anything I did.

I painted murals on some classroom walls in high school. This was one of them. I was big into calligraphy back in the day. I wish I had taken a picture of the big parrot I put on my Jimmy-Buffet-obsessed teacher's wall.

I painted a lot of roses, and gave them all away. This was the last one - a cut out that went somewhere at work.

Same deal here - I painted a bunch of stuff for fall for a bulletin board at work. The pumpkin survived.

I think mum has a couple of my pencil drawings and some of my watercolor paintings. It's been a while since I had the urge to do anything, but I've had a couple ideas kicking around for a week or so now...just have to find the time to do them.
This is the crafty shit I've been doing mean time.

And that's a friend in his halloween costume, wearing the pirate shirt I made him.

That mural banner about poetry is bery nice summerqueen, love the leafy backdrop. I've done quite a few murals over the years, mostly paid pieces for childrens bedrooms and some more grown up ones too. I would love to see some of your more recent art whenever you get anything new done, and kudos in the embroidery art too, it's fantastic Smile

Anyone else gonna show us their art..? come on, you know you want to Smile

Like a lot of things about my life, I have some talent and no drive to develop it. Plants have been my only obsession. I hope I still know how to hold a paintbrush... o_O
