You might want to look into why such a ruling was necessary. I'm glad you're citing actual authorities now though, instead of faeries.

Now tell me, how does a lack of belief constitute a religion? Because if lacking beliefs = religion then we each have many millions of religions. Lack of belief in Santa is now a religion.
