Robert Downey Jr. was simply unbelievable in it, and Jack Black / Ben Stiller made the movie complete. Tropic Thunder is awesome, Robert Downey Jr. is awesome, Jack Black and Ben Stiller are absolutely funny, they should make another comedy with the two starring in it
Personally, it's not God I dislike, it's his fan club I can't stand.
Kudos to the BBC. They are showing "Das Boot" in German with subtitles instead of the dubbed version.

I saw it on the plane, it could have been worse. I wouldn't go to the cinema for it though.

I saw a few over the past week or so.
A Simple Plan - It's about 3 small-town guys who find a dufflebag full of money, and how they deal with each other and the challenges that come with that scenario. It's really good. Mr. Brooks - This was pretty lame and unbelieveable.
- Meatball
The remake of "The Day the Earth Stood Still" was awful. If you didn't already know the story you wouldn't have any idea about what was going on. The story was simply awful, and it ended abruptly in the middle of an action sequence.
Appalling movie. |
