Who gives a shit? Go ask a Christian forum, maybe? Why are you picking apart the bible so much? As if the word would give the shitty sentence any more relevance if it were interpreted as literal over figurative.

I read it as Jesus being born subjected to the law of the land

oh, and in your religious views, Pantheist is spelled "Pantheist", not "Panthiest".
