He's an ignorant racist shitbag.....who happens to be out of step with republican warmongers.

That does not make him a hero.

You're exactly right, Min.

It makes him a special brand of dickhead.

He also wants to dismantle the government so his corporate pals can steal the rest of what isn't nailed down.

All of these motherfuckers are the same.

That won't kill the political romanticism that people love about Paul...

There is no evidence he's a racist. Even if he once was (and bear in mind he denies he had anything to do with the newsletters), he hasn't espoused any racist views in recent years. It's illogical to judge somebody on views they may have had at some point, when their views they have now are completely different.

People got very angry a few years ago when someone claimed that Obama wasn't a Christian, simply because he'd been raised by a non-Christian mother, and his father was an atheist. Whether he was an atheist at some point in the past is irrelevant; he is a Christian now. Whether someone was a racist in the past is irrelevant, if they aren't a racist anymore.

Ron Paul is nuts. the first thing on his agenda is to close the department of education (as if THAT is the problem with America)

..then he gives lip service to the wars being shut down as well.

In reality, if he wins, he would be successful in bringing democrats and Republicans together..against HIM. The Dept of education will not come down, nor will the wars be stopped by him.

The country would shift harder towards the right wing though, and I dont like that idea at all.

I'm voting for Obama. I happen to like black jesus.. and the fact that the conservative shit lickers in this country can't stand him, just makes me like him even more.

He isnt even very much on the anti-authoritarian side either. Sure, he pays lip service to legalizing pot...that will be forgotton once he gets in the white house.

Obama lies so much I cant even keep up with his ass.

RE: Who you voting for?
I've decided to take the tic tac toe approach to voting. The only way to win is to refuse to play, lol.
I am the Infantry. I am my country’s strength in war, her deterrent in peace. I am the heart of the fight… wherever, whenever. I carry America’s faith and honor against her enemies. I am the Queen of Battle. I am what my country expects me to be, the best trained Soldier in the world. In the race for victory, I am swift, determined, and courageous, armed with a fierce will to win. Never will I fail my country’s trust. Always I fight on…through the foe, to the objective, to triumph overall. If necessary, I will fight to my death. By my steadfast courage, I have won more than 200 years of freedom. I yield not to weakness, to hunger, to cowardice, to fatigue, to superior odds, For I am mentally tough, physically strong, and morally straight. I forsake not, my country, my mission, my comrades, my sacred duty. I am relentless. I am always there, now and forever. I AM THE INFANTRY! FOLLOW ME!

I will suck it up and vote for Obama. As much as I dislike him, he's better than any Republican.

Because every Republican is a fuckwit and no third-party candidate has a chance. It's a lesser-of-two-evils situation. Yeah, either way we're fucked. But at least Obama will buy us dinner first.
That will never hold up in court...
