I've already heard such a walking on water story almost 2,years ago. Is this a new case?

If I tried that here in Nebraska I think I'd do it in January or February. My chances of survival would increase dramatically. Wouldn't necessarily be near as miraculous but there ya go. Probably claim that god sent the sub zero temps for the past month as and answer to my plea.
