Have you considered that perhaps aliens are simply beings that evolved on another world, and became advanced enough to develop superluminal flight and visit us? I'm just curious, as it's as likely an explanation than yours.

So let me get this straight.... another sentient race from space is fallen angels FALLEN ANGELS i digress....
And not just another race of intelligent beings BUT FALLEN ANGELS. 
If their is reasons why we cannot find intelligent life in the universe it's because they are doing a good job avoiding us.
