The Sharia movements on the outside -I mean in the west- are the sin of secularism; not liberals. Muslims who seek change from the twisted Sharia of today, get prevented from entering the west & sometimes blocked from even displaying their opinions.

While Salafies & Wahhabies who spawn like bacteria from countries like Saudi Arabia, ironically get visas & even permanent residence simply because their bank accounts are full with "oil money". Like an organized pattern, we saw it allover Britain & America.

C'mon Atlas, you could at least make a half-hearted attempt at being intellectually honest. The reason the Hadiths exist to begin with is that the Quran is clear as mud and people couldn't easily determine 'how' to follow it. I'm quite certain that if tomorrow every Muslim dropped the Hadiths and lived only by the Quran, Islamic areas of the world would still be a hotbed for violence.

Like it or not, Islam is more than the Quran. The fact that Islam needed the Hadiths is all one needs to know about the Quran's inability to be used as a stand alone guide for morality and establishing a functioning society. All you are really arguing is that a 'new' interpretation is needed rather than relying on the ancient Hadiths. Like The Bible, The Quran's time has come and gone.

Speaking about Mr.Adolf, we ought to be careful about the rise of far-right populist movements in Europe that is being fueled by ridiculous, irrational and culturally suicidal policies promoted by leftist politicians who live in a different world than most people do - I have middle class, western educated white friends who are actively participating in far-right movements and they're not freaks waving Swastikas, it's something that will start to spread the more desperate people get and the more our rights become limited in the name of tolerance and Human Rights. The only luck (or bad luck?) of Europe is that most politicians are not as charismatic and well connected as Marine Le Pen from Le Front National, otherwise we would be transitioning already into some kind of civic/cultural nationalist semi-democratic sysmte.
