Homosexuality

RE: Homosexuality
I don't think homosexuality is necessarily a choice, some people are born that way, just like straight people. That being said,IMO, someone doesn't necessarily have to be homosexual to fall in love with someone of the same sex.
Also, did you know that no human being is 100% straight or gay? A straight person is gay to a certain extend and a gay person is straight to some extend, some of the more feminine or masculine fellows may feel otherwise but they couldn't be farther from the truth. There isn't actually an extreme to it, you can google it.

Finally, all i wanna say is, love a person or hate a person, it doesn't matter, but never do it because of the way they are do it because of the way they choose to be.

We know that other species also display homosexual behavior. It is certainly possible for someone to "experiment" like trying a new food and not liking it, or keep eating that food while still not liking it. BUT it is still absurd to say because of that that it is a choice.

It isn't a sexual orientation thing. Heterosexuals experiment too and end up liking certain sexual acts and not liking others. Sometimes even they stop doing it, or keep doing it to please their partner.

There is a huge difference between choosing to do something, and the brain chemistry that tells your body what it wants. That isn't something you turn off, it is still there wheather you act on it or not, and that includes heterosexuals too, and we learn more and more that sexuality is a brain issue in uterus.

LBGT is not a choice anymore than being left handed or right handed is.

Well, while I like and generally agree with your outlook - - there are such creatures as extreme Kinsey 6's and extreme Kinsey 0's.  (A Kinsey 6, for example, is someone who has never felt even the glimmerings of interest or desire for any individual of the opposite sex.)  An extreme Kinsey 6 male actually feels revulsion and nausea at the very thought of a naked female.  Yes, I have actually been with a group of guys, when a straight guy was trying to get a gay one to admire a "nice rack" -- and my gay friend Bryan was actually revolted.  He told me later "no offense, but I don't want to think about those poofy baggy things, much less touch one".    Rolleyes   Now, people can argue that extreme 0's and 6's are not naturally that way - they all have somehow been programmed to feel revulsion.  But - - it's possible that we all have had some touch of programming.  Most of us have a physical "type" that we're attracted to, for example.  But now I'm rambling.  You are correct, as far as the majority of the population goes.  I do love that last sentence.

I don't believe freewill actually exists in the sense that we're free to choose what we choose so the only difference is one scenario has the illusion of choice and one doesn't.

Eitherway I am completely fine with homosexuality and it isn't a problem for me at all.

RE: Homosexuality
Our brains are not "fixed"; meaning is: they are built based on experience, more like "plastic", not hard wired and static.

I believe that certain experiences can turn people into homosexuals. One condition I witnessed, was schools in Saudi Arabia; schools are separated there -boys and girls have separated schools-. Since middle school, many boys I knew got excited on other boys -since reaching females was so hard-.

The hormones during puberty along with the daily exposure to males only, was the perfect experience for turning boys homosexuals.
Lesbianism on the other hand, was also widespread in girl schools.

I believe that homosexuality is not just a choice, but also type of sexual preference, that takes place based on a certain experience, that is usually forced.

You know, eventually, you can achieve prostate orgasm..it's proven..if "enough" time is spent around those videos, the transformation into a "gurl" can happen so fast; making the sugary drops of pleasure, drip without even touching anything..

Who believes it's a choice?  I don't think anyone is really holding onto that idea anymore.  Even the ultra conservative churches have changed their tune and no longer believe it's a choice.  Hell, the Mormons, arguably the most conservative church there is, have accepted that being gay isn't a choice.

I could no more choose to be gay than I could choose to be a turtle.
Some people could be Bi or curious to a certain extent so in that respect they could choose to go gay but I know that personally I think of other men as rivals not targets for sexual conquest. I think this is one of the reasons I am so cool with people being gay I have no conflict with my own sexuality so its no big deal, I like the ladies, some guys like the men and that's ok.
The people who bluster the most about being anti gay have suspicious motives, what do they care?

What a lot of churches are doing now is kinda horrible in a different way.

They admit people are gay, but to be accepted by the church they have to not have any gay, sexual relationships.  Not only that, they're encouraged to marry someone of the opposite sex, have straight sex and even have children within that marriage.  Observe:

Kinda horrible if you ask me.  I can't imagine being married to someone I have no sexual interest in.
