Atheism the unscientific belief (part one, two, and three)

Oh, rob what i am going to do with you?  Banghead
Next time you post a message please refer to a particular previous post.
When you came up with the helicopter story i though you would refer to my previous message
about the stock market crash in which people jump down tall buildings so the helicopter would
save them but no you now say that you refer to use the helicopter to reach the top of the mountain
and in this way be able to be the smart one avoiding the climb.
Well in this case you would lose anyway.  Banging Head On Desk
People have been using drugs for ages and ages in the attempt to reach and experience the nirvana
and your story about the helicopter is like the guy that pretend to enjoy the nirvana by using drugs.
Does it work?
Of course not.
All it does it make you feel so good for a short while and then you rot body and mind and your karma will
knock you down to the animal life.
The rules are clear.
You try to be smart and you lose.
On the other hand when you act as per rule dictate at the end you will win.  I'm all ears!

It's just as simple as this, dude:  I'm an atheist because I don't have sufficient evidence of any god to believe in that god.  If god were actually all knowing and all powerful, he would know exactly what would convince me of his legitimacy and he would easily be able to meet that criteria.  The fact that he hasn't leads me to believe that either
1) god doesn't care if I'm an atheist,
2) god wants me to be an atheist or
3) god is imaginary

Total garbage on all 3 points jo.
Suppose that God exist and evolution is all about an opening of consciousness in order to grow you up.
As a mother or parent you grow your kid up to a point.
After that you got to let them decide what to do with their lives in the good or the bad.
God act in the same way.

How do you know this? How do you know that God acts in the same way?

I think it's the fundamental axiom that all analogies are absolutely perfect Tongue

I'd like to see Rik try to make a point without using metaphors or analogies.

You don't really need to read hundreds of NDEs experiences to know how the system works yog.  Tut Tut
Just look at the evolutionary cycle to find out.
Up to animal lives the consciousness is quite limited and the activities are driven mostly by istinct
but as the consciousness merge into human life then there is a big change.
Freedom is there so you are not bound anymore by mother nature.  I'm all ears!
This is the way all the system works.
Parents follow the same system in growing their kids because it is an inborn way of following
mother nature or the cosmic consciousness.  Lightbulb

The challenge stands:

Can you make an argument without using a metaphor or an analogy?
