I have a suggestion for you, EP. Create a thread called 'Flamers Only'. Place a caveat at the opening that this thread is ONLY for flame wars, and that anyone who doesn't like it should stay the hell out. That way, you and whichever gullible slackwit wants to play this pointless idiotic game with you can go into this room and radish one another to your hearts' content.

Except that I don't want to do that. I was curious about the rule change in R'lyeh, and thought I should ask about it here. I didn't ask because I wanted to do something with the information, I asked because I was curious. I said as much in the OP and countless times since then.

I don't understand why everyone misunderstands that sentence. I didn't think it would mean that when I wrote it. I'm sorry for my poor phrasing then. Let me explain what I meant. I meant I wasn't looking to flame anyone. That's all. The words right now and exactly were mostly added for a little sarcastic effect(in order to emphasize my point).

I didn't say that. I just apologized for my poor phrasing instead.

I'm pretty sure I was right in phrasing it that way and the way you understood it was wrong, to be totally honest with you. I'm just reluctant to point that out because people will jump on my case again, including you.

You took what I said to heart. It was meant as sarcasm. I think context is crucial here to determine whether one is sarcastic or not.
