Oh, I just heard one like that, the other day, too...

" God existence MUST to be impossible to prove, otherwise He wouldn't be Perfect. "

Great remake was done a few years ago, starring Crispin Glover.

Ah, just looked that up... not quite I think. This was a light-hearted comedy, where they saved him somehow. It's been a while since I've seen it, but I think they wanted to stop him getting evicted because of the way he lived (Jerry O'Connell - the guy from Sliders). Pizza everywhere etc was their idea of paradise. So they do a bit of matchmaking and singing and dancing etc and it comes out as a very strange, feel-good movie, but still kinda gross, especially when they're kind of swarming  Wink Ah yes, I remember... the film was based on an MTV video (I think).

I've never seen Joe's Apartment, but it sounds pretty good.

"Willard" was very dark.

Just saw this somewhere:

"Prove to me God doesn't exist"

LOL !!
The granting of a pardon is an imputation of guilt, and the acceptance a confession of it.

The Ontological Argument. That one even bothered me when I was a Christian.

One we've had recently is, "We'll see who is right when we're dead."

The fact that so many theists believe any of the philosophical arguments are compelling, is pretty lame.

Ontological, teleological, cosmological, transcendental, or whatever else they parade around. I repeat, pretty lame.

You'd believe if you just opened your heart" is a terrible argument for religion. It's basically saying, "If you bias yourself enough, you can convince yourself that this is true." If religion were true, people wouldn't need faith to believe it -- it would be supported by good evidence.

Someone actually told me "Hey if you pray on it, you'll see God is real." Um…what?

I have my own personal candidate for a worst argument for God's existence, created by my very own turtley self:

Hypothetical idiotic theist who is super duper pooper-scooper serial and serious, for real-zees Wrote:Hey, God must be real because I saw him. I saw him with my very own eyes. I know he's supposed to be invisible but shut up. I saw him. I saw He who is the Jesusy guy's father and also himself. I saw him sucking donkey balls. And to see He Who Sucks Donkey Balls, it requires that I first see Him, and to see Him requires that He exists for me to see Him. For me to see He Who Sucks Donkey Balls, that is. I saw our Donkey-Ballsucking Father. I saw him and he is real. And he sucks. Balls. Donkey ones.

It's kind of a shitty argument.

I can't prove that you didn't see God sucking donkey balls.

Checkmate atheists!
