Not long woke, but it's not even 5AM. Oh well it's a better time than I have been sleeping lately. Getting my sleeping pattern back to normal, it's a start.

For myself, I noticed that when in bed, surfing on my phone keeps me awake almost indefinitely, while in stark contrast, when reading a conventional book, I sleep perfectly well after some time.
