On mobile devices you need to click "switch to full version" at the very bottom of the screen before you can rep people. Some sort of glitch in the mobile version.

Just whitelist the site for admuncher and disable adblock for the site.
They are only blocking the analytics and FB/Twitter buttons when you're logged in. ETA: Seems the FB/Twitter buttons are gone anyhow, so just Google Analytics.
