The biggest issue here.. is.. the FBI had tabs on the guy and yet that should raise red flags or something should have prevented him from owning weapons. If you are on the FBI check list like he was or anyone for that matter that could and can cause harm to people if its a gun store they should pull up something and if there is a notice not to sell a weapon that really should happen. There needs to be stricter background checks to prevent guns being sold to people who want to cause harm to one another,
