No, because Pippa is not a member of the royal family and is not in the line of succession to the throne. Just because she is the sister of the wife of a prince means nothing.

All I want is the title. I would expect my wife to be the queen and as her husband I would have the title, correct? How many of the royal bloodline is still around?

I'm not 100% sure but the a woman can be queen if she either marries the king (and becomes queen consort)or is the only child. A man can only be king if he is born as the first son (he succeeds any older sisters) and cant marry a queen to become king, but may become king consort, but there is no automatic right to it like there is with a queen (this last point may be slightly wrong though, I don't follow or care about royalty despite being a tea sipping, bad toothed Brit).
