Reports here claim Bin Laden was unarmed and deliberately shot in the head. IF that is true, his death was ex judicial homicide.ie murder. It may well have been satisfying revenge but justice it was not.

It has been said that if you engage in revenge,dig two graves. I think the US will reap the whirlwind for what seems to me to be the political murder of Osama bin Laden.

In the US position I would almost certainly have done exactly the same thing,down to making the same hypocritical noises about justice having been done.

I have no problem with what the white house has said. Currently the GOP is jumping on the band wagon of questioning everything, and also worry about wether Islamic tradition was followed.

I have absolutely ZERo evidence for it, but I am willing to bet that whatever Obama ordered his Seals, they were all thinking "Im going to shoot that bastard and kill him". Im even willing to bet that Obama even figured this would happen. I would not be surprised that Obama and his crew that they all decided to just say "Kill him" and be done with it.

Could you imagine the complications of a captive Osama requesting trials, and complaining about being kidnapped from Pakistan? He new too much so they blasted his brains out, and it was worth a downed stealth copter to boot.

Yeah, I can actually. That pesky international law is so inconvenient. The US could do as it usually does in such cases; ignore it. The Israelis did the same thing when they kidnapped Adolf Eichmann from Argentina.

If the military did find Osama while he was unarmed, then they should have tied his hands together and ask him the question, "Hey Osama, are you the one who REALLY planned the 9/11 attacks on America" (regardless of whether he lies or not), and put it on a radio so that everyone else in the world can hear it and especially for the skeptics. They don't even have to bring to him to America to do this. But since they didn't do this, and instead dropped him in the water, without even showing any videotapes of carrying his body to the location where he was allegedly dumped, is another reason why I think that the story of his killing was cleverly fabricated (along with the reasons that I mentioned earlier) which all seems to point that the US doesn't have any physical evidence to prove that they killed him recently and not long time ago.
