These are some questions for the theists of all kinds who come to this forum. I'll make it simple and say that for the purposes of this thread, a theist is someone who believes an intelligent force was responsible for the creation of our reality.



1) What are your main reasons for coming to this forum? What do you hope to achieve?

2) For each of the above reasons, where applicable:

A) What kind of techniques have you used to try and achieve your goal?

B) How successful do you feel each of these techniques has been?

C) Are there any other techniques you can think of that you may use in the future?



I'm not going to offer any opinion at all about the replies, unless I'm invited to. I'm just genuinely interested.

I suppose the most of them hope to achieve what every theist wants to achieve - to spread their poison everywhere they can.

To do battle with the heathen and to test their faith.

You lot are being tremendously unfair. Clearly, theists visit here to have an open and honest dialogue, and to come to a fuller, more compassionate understanding of atheists and atheism. [insert 'Voice Dripping With Sarcasm' icon here].

Christians mostly come here because they've developed/heard some ideas which they think will support their God claim, or undermine the atheist position as they see it, and they want to try those ideas out in the field.
