I don't believe you. Get over it.

Because by sinful design mankind exists depraved, inherently untrustworthy; the christian cannot trust within themselves a self-directed moral course of action. In lieu of any evidence regarding the existence of god, why would I trust any man, by way of self-proclaimed depravity, for spiritual guidance? In short if you can't trust yourself, why should I trust you?
Ten hours without further participation by the OP....
I'm not anti-Christian. I'm anti-stupid.
I'm shocked.
In response to the OP - I don't say (and not many people I hang around say it either) that "Christianity can't be true," just that we are unconvinced by its claims.

There seems to be a multitude of mutually opposing ideologies and organizations claiming the title, so - which christianity are you talking about? Secondly - what do you mean by "christianity being true"? Do you mean - all of it? The core dogma? Cherry-picked fragments, that are either unfalsifiable, or simply mundane? Lastly and most importantly - why should I think "christianity is true", if christians never managed to show a shred of reliable evidence for any of their claims in the first place? It's not that "christianity can't be true". It's just that - going by what knowledge we have today - it just isn't. Sorry, kiddo. There's no reason Santa couldn't deliver presents to all nice children around the globe in one day - he just doesn't.
