Near death experience of Howard Storm
RE: Near death experience of Howard Storm
So still no mention of any knoweldge at all. Deflections this time.

Seriously, you haven't learned one single thing during all your time on the forum? That's really sad.

In case it wasn't obvious, I'm asking what it is you've learned, if anything. I doubt you will give me an answer.

Skeptics cling to the 'near' part of NDE. The point is that these experiencers do not have functional brains at the time of their experiences. If mental properties emerge as a result of scale and complexity then how are they possible absent the scale and complexity assumed necessary and sufficient for consciousness?

Second, as a former atheist, I do not understand why some people feel it necessary to invalidate the experiences of people like me who came to a different conclusion. Why is it so inconceivable to these atheists? Is this some version of No True Atheist?

You can demonstrate this to be the case, or is it just another example of your penchant to assert?

Your failure to validate them is your problem, not ours. If you want people to believe you, stop giving them every reason not to?

Why can't you pray to God and ask him to convert all of us "sinners" to good Christians? Go on, we'll wait while you pray.

Maybe, in your next life, you'll be able to competently and coherently describe whatever it is you believe in?  If that's the case, maybe you should wait until your next life to make that attempt. What you've -been- doing is counterproductive.

Roberto.  Hi
I have no problem of whatsoever to talk about knowledge.
The problem is that it would be like talking to a brick wall if I would talk to you about real knowledge.
We have two totally different view about knowledge.
To you knowledge is the scientific knowledge related to this physical universe.
To me real knowledge is the knowledge that is not affected by time by changes and by all the physical
aspect of this universal reality.
Anything that move and change is not the real McCoy so to speak.
But if are really interested in talking about real knowledge LR is always here 24/7.  Indubitably

That is not true.
I have learned to round up the atheists dogmas inside the corral.
I show you guys that all your statements are just guessing and nothing else.
You guys say that all you do is to disprove theists so called truth but in reality you spout
so called truth all the time like......the consciousness is a product of the brain.......with the physical death is all over.........nobody create and run this universe.............and so on.
Your many contradictions are bigger that this universe.

Forums are not necessary only places to learn.
They also serve the purpose to relax by engaging in discussions.
But I did learn something.
I learned to avoid to state something unless I have clear evidence and I also improve my English.  Worship

Oh, by the way you still avoid to answer my question.
Where were you when someone swear directly to me and call my mother a whore?
I am very patient Rob.
I can wait for your answer until the next Christmas.  Angel

Ok, so you insult atheists some more.

When I set a bear trap, tell you it there and show you how sharp the teeth are, you should really walk around it rather than right into it.

But anyway. OK good! You learned something. That wasn't so hard was it? Why wrap it in barbed wire?

What the fuck are you talking about? Someone insulted your mother? You want to know where I was when this happened? How do you expect me to access that information? If you give me the time and date, I will check my calendar. That's the best I can do.

I'm not sure I understand Rik.  You;re complaining about people being insulting..while being insulting.  Is it odious or is it not.  Does the shittiness of another somehow excuse shittiness in your case?  Do you actually have a problem with it, or only when you're the brunt of it?

Reach down, check your fuckin gear...and grow a thicker skin?  Or not, up to you, but you're gonna catch alot of flak for complaining about people being mean on the internets, lol. Has your reaction to whatever slight eats at you been helpful, at all, in describing your beliefs or establishing some point of fact regarding them? It doesn't seem like it has, but that's just my opinion.

Without giving an example of why it has been counterproductive your judgment means absolutely nothing.
