Well summer in the US is winter in Australia and vice versa, but in general, it depends on where in the world you're at and where you want to compare climates with and during what part of the year. Florida (the central and south regions)doesn't generally experience seasonal changes. The closer you live to the equator, the warmer it is all year round.
