What are you cooking/eating right now?

Cutting up mushrooms, fresh garlic, and red onion for sauteeing, to go alongside a sirloin and baked potato.
Sounds great Thump.

It's tasting great right now, hot on the plate. Steak's a little underdone, which means it's done about right.
I've got no one to cook for, with the boys gone. I've just been eating odds and ends for supper, when I actually bother to eat.
Toast, beets, pineapple, applesauce, rice, cottage cheese. Long-forgotten cans of soup. My underwear are starting to get a little baggy. Wish I had drawstring drawers. I guess I'll start cooking up some of this stuff in the freezer and give it to my folks, or take it to my coworkers. I hate to waste it.
I'll be happy to cook for you if you're ever down this way, hon ... canned food don't have any love in it.
Eggs over medium with toast.
Nice.
Brains...

My towering seventeen-year-old baby's on his way. He's homesick; so I told the ex to pick him up for the weekend. EX: "What? He just got there." ME: "I don't care. Get him. And bring him to me, please." So, I will be cooking my ass off this weekend. I'll be sure to take you up on your offer though, if ever I find myself deep in the heart of Texas. |
