Baked spaghetti, fried pork chops, homemade cornbread, lemon-pepper long beans, and beet salad for starters.

Actually, that sounds like quite enough.

Well...basically I was too lazy to actually construct tacos. I crushed shells on a plate and threw the meat, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and sour cream on top.

That works. I was thinking maybe you used American cheese or Velveeta instead of shredded. 'cuz 'merica.

If you put the filling over a bed of tortilla chips, we call it a taco salad. Pre-formed tortilla bowls are used in restaurants, but we can take liberties, can't we?
