The legal defination start by identifying rape as an unlawful criminal act. Your link define specifically what constitutes the criminal act of rape.. My link defines what constitutes a criminal act.

(From us legal definitions .com)
Criminal act is an act committed by a person that violates a law and which is punishable by the government. Criminal acts are offenses against the public which are punishable. It can be any act or omission or possession which poses a threat to the public.

IF rape is not considered a 'criminal act' then again effectively there is no difference between that and consensual sex legally speaking.

This is all I'm saying as a motivator for victims to report sooner rather than later.

You're now defining a completely different word. >.>

No, go back and check the argument from the beginning. Nothing has changed except the fact that you have acknowledged the 2nd 1/2 of the argument.

That's crap..

Consent is the difference.

Some people like the 'fight/struggle.'

Alot of traditional Asian sexual culture is based on this type of sexual experience. Boarder line rape is almost like missionary sex here.

A woman is not suppose to like/enjoy sex in a traditional context. the hook, for the guy is to be so good that he can make her drop the cultural values and force his partner to enjoy themselves.

The point being forced sex is not always rape.

Justify rape much?

Let's add things up here: you're a guy who defends slavery, beats his children, prays for others to get cancer and AIDS, and defends rape as a cultural phenomenon in Asia (because Asian women like it!)

Simply revolting. Revolting.

That last line isn't coherent, even by reference to itself.  If consent is the difference between sex and rape then "forced sex" is rape.  Idiotic.

Imma give you some advice, drich, your'e -very- clearly the kind of guy that needs it. If the lady says no, put your dick back in your pants. Dont replay your arguments here or anywhere in your mind, don't imagine all the ways she might secretly want it, just put your dick back in your pants.

All anyone need do is ask a question if they want me to connect the dots and tie all the points I've made together.

I already asked you a question. Provide a source for your specific definition of rape . . . a reputable one. That's all you have to do. You don't even have to type anything. In fact, I'd prefer if you just dropped the link in a comment here.

My Argument has nothing to do with the specifics of how rape is identified legally, BECAUSE No Matter The Defination It Can Be Summed Up As A Criminal Act.

Do You Understand? Let me concede your definition. Now plug that definition into my argument. Which means your defination becomes my criminal act..

Still with me?

Now lets look at my definition of criminal act:
Criminal act is an act committed by a person that violates a law and which is punishable by the government. Criminal acts are offenses against the public which are punishable. It can be any act or omission or possession which poses a threat to the public.
http://definitions.uslegal.com/c/criminal-act/

Ok NOW Remove the Government's ablity to prosecute your legally defined act. Per a SOL.

Then your accusation of Rape ceases to be a criminal act by definition of the term, as it is not prosecutible.

Then Effectively/Legally speaking There is NO Difference between Rape and forced sex. because again there isn't any legal recourse

Now miss smarty pants, If what I am saying is not 110% true then why can't someone accused of rape after the SOL be prosecuted?

Go line by line if you can and correct my logic where it is wrong.

There are sex games couples play and there is 'forced sex'. I'm pretty sure I could explain the distinction to my dog.

So, yeah, idiotic with a heaping helping of cultural relativism thrown in for good measure. But at least he has a direct line to what the Creator of the Universe thinks, so he must be right.

I'm so over this guy.

That's the Asian side speaking, there is a huge rape fetish in that part of the world, where men fantasize about raping a woman and her liking it, despite her feeble attempts at resisting.

It seems someone needs to make the distinction between porn and real life.

....they -can- be prosecuted, which was explained many, many pages ago. Not that this is what makes you wrong. It's your pigheaded nature that makes you so reliably wrong. lol.

Rape is a term that describes a criminal act. if the government can not prosecute or hold an individual accountable for this alleged crime then it the term rape does not apply.

So basically the way you see it, the word "rape" is purely a legal term used by the government. Such as murder.

But you still think non consensual sex is the same act and just as bad, right?

If so, then I think there's no reason why we need to keep arguing this.

Yes It is a legal term like murder.

Murder is to unlawfully take life. There is a difference between murder and killing. a cop may kill someone in the line of duty but may never murder someone. the physical act/evidence being the same.

It not ok to call a killer a murderer. even in a case like OJ where the A-hole wrote a book explaining how he 'would have killed everyone 'if' he did it."

Because that is a slippery slope of injustice. For instance look at Oj again because he was thought to have gotten away with murder and because people saw him as a murderer he got a disproportionate amount of time (life) for essentially "stealing back" some of his old football stuff.

Any honest person would tell you he was being convicted of killing his wife and the other guy rather than a simple armed robbery.

Force sex is like killing. it is a description of a act that is not actionable/prosecution by law. good or bad,  like how one judges a legal killing is determined in one's own mind.

You're not wrong, Huggy. Yes, that is a thing in some parts of the world. The question is, is the woman in on it? If so, it's a game based on some kind of consent. If not, then it is rape -- cultural norms be damned.
