A nice salad -- lettuce, grape tomatoes, red onion, green olives, peppers, cucumber, and sharp cheddar. Little olive oil and red-wine vinegar, a couple of grinds of pepper ... hittin' the spot.

Homemade pasta sauce, lean ground beef, elbow macaroni with lots of mozzarella cheese and a side of fresh spinach - steamed.

Yeah. It's what's for lunch.
