Yup. How about yourself?
I am the Infantry. I am my country’s strength in war, her deterrent in peace. I am the heart of the fight… wherever, whenever. I carry America’s faith and honor against her enemies. I am the Queen of Battle. I am what my country expects me to be, the best trained Soldier in the world. In the race for victory, I am swift, determined, and courageous, armed with a fierce will to win. Never will I fail my country’s trust. Always I fight on…through the foe, to the objective, to triumph overall. If necessary, I will fight to my death. By my steadfast courage, I have won more than 200 years of freedom. I yield not to weakness, to hunger, to cowardice, to fatigue, to superior odds, For I am mentally tough, physically strong, and morally straight. I forsake not, my country, my mission, my comrades, my sacred duty. I am relentless. I am always there, now and forever. I AM THE INFANTRY! FOLLOW ME!

RE: Evolution Questions
I'm sorry... I forgot to add more info to aid in your wilful ignorance.

Organic Chemistry - Some things just happen the way they do, due to Quantum Mechanics... and that works the way it does due to QED, which then gives you such cool stuff as QED Vacuum - the real nothing, as opposed to the philosophical nothing, and from where particles can come about, as shown by the Casimir effect (although, this effect may have another cause... research is on-going).

I know, I know... sucks to have to learn so much complex stuff to try to explain the nature of our Universe... and, even then, come out with nothing better than a "maybe".

But one thing is certain, the answer has never been goddidit.
And that track record is indicative that it will never be goddidit.

Alex K....
If I were a betting man, I could prove to you what the 3 of us saw was an Alien Space Craft.
Unless you don't believe in hypnotic regression also.
We consider ourselves lucky to be one of the few that had a very close up sighting.
Alien abduction would be next step to get any closer. Smile
There are a  few documented alien abduction cases.
I bet you never checked my videos and info here:

You said "All you need is a bunch of atoms".
Where did atoms come from?

The Big Bang.

Quote:I will give all of you something to think about , not really a good example but ... If you had three thousand pounds of iron ore in your back yard and wanted to make some steel girders,if you had all the equipment and knowledge to do it,you could. If the iron ore sat for millions of years, why didn't it evolve into something else?

*facepalm*

I have a better question.  If there actually is a god out there somewhere, why did it choose to make you so execrably stupid and intellectually lazy that you can't do your own damn research into all these questions?  If you had actually taken the time to learn real science, you would already know why your "example" is utterly, fractally wrong.

You're damaged goods, Val, and not because of any "sin" crap.  You have been poorly educated and indoctrinated into epic stupidity, and quite frankly I think that all the people who did this to you should be slapped so hard by cold, hard reality that they all fall screaming and wailing out of their faith, never to return.

You are, however, an excellent reason for not becoming a Christian, and I thank you for that much.

Btw, I am not trying to prove anything here.
Everybody has their own ideas about life and other things on this planet and beyond.
I am just asking questions so you can give me an honest answer on your ideas.
You then could read my reply and think more about your ideas or just dismiss it.
Your choice. Smile
If you "get tired" of the questions, as some people are, just don't reply.
Thanks!

Organic chemistry, quantum mechanics, Darwinian evolution, all are MUCH more plausible than Jesus being crucified for your sins TWICE.

Yet Holy Inerrant Scripture asserts just such a thing. Thursday and Friday, God boy gets nailed to a cross (BTW, same one or different?) both days.
The granting of a pardon is an imputation of guilt, and the acceptance a confession of it.

Not to mention the how ludicrous the concept of the CruciFiction actually is. People do not come back from the dead, Val, no matter what it tells you in your Big Book of Judeo-Christian Fairy Tales.

Pray tell, what substance are you made of, good sir? Færie dust I presume?

Hypnotic regression is awfully iffy. It's the kind of thing where they can help you 'remember' things that never happened.

At this forum, most of the atheists are also pragmatically skeptical. I stopped believing in alien abductions and ghosts way before I stopped believing in God. Presented with convincing evidence I would change my mind, but a story, no matter how hypnotically enhanced, isn't going to do it.
I'm not anti-Christian. I'm anti-stupid.

Bullshit!
Being told you're delusional does not necessarily mean you're mental.
