I don't think it's sexist to insult an individual.
It's trendy to insult Donald Trump because of his looks and I've never witnessed anyone say it was sexist.

Just because he looks like someone savaged twenty pig's bladders with a claw hammer, stapled them all together, filled them with industrial waste slurry, drank down a pint of tumeric mix and then barfed the results back up all over the already haunting, decrepit sack of slop that will never feel the warm spark of true humanity within it and must resign itself to a shallow facsimile of life until its twisted form can take no more and at last it can shamble miserably into the uncaring embrace of the eternal dark...
