I don't even know why you're here Shell B. You're not even one of the staff and you couldn't have helped me with my problem even if you wanted to. I didn't ask for your assistance. As far as I'm concerned you're just another normal user like myself so why should I take what you're saying as if you're staff seriously? If you could do something for my problem then discussing this with you would make sense.

I'm not saying anything as if I'm staff. I'm here because I know the answers to your "problem." You should take what I say seriously because I may not be staff, but I know exactly how the staff works. I know all of the rules. I know you're misrepresenting the situation grossly.
