Regarding the post edit time limit of absolute Doom
#71
RE: Regarding the post edit time limit of absolute Doom
I don't even know why you're here Shell B. You're not even one of the staff and you couldn't have helped me with my problem even if you wanted to. I didn't ask for your assistance. As far as I'm concerned you're just another normal user like myself so why should I take what you're saying as if you're staff seriously? If you could do something for my problem then discussing this with you would make sense.

I'm not saying anything as if I'm staff. I'm here because I know the answers to your "problem." You should take what I say seriously because I may not be staff, but I know exactly how the staff works. I know all of the rules. I know you're misrepresenting the situation grossly. You're doing that on purpose so the situation looks like something it isn't, so you can look like the victim. I'll sit here and call you out on it all I want.

Sorry. That happens when I get involved usually. I don't want to brag, but I tend to piss people off. Tongue

Okay if you know the answer to my problem that's good for you but I'd rather discuss with actual staff (no offense).

But hear me out SC told me of all the times he's been here that he could count on one hand the amount of problems people have had with the 120 min edit restriction. So if it's such a rare occurrence why can't your admin team accept small requests?

This is painful to watch. So much whining. I half expect a mommy bird to show up and stuff a worm down your throat. In your experience do people regularly do stuff for you when you whine and cry so much?

How much hard work is it to click a few mouse buttons and make such a small edit. I didn't make any unreasonable request just a small one and all this thread admins have been slinging insults at me but if I insult back you guys will take that as an opportunity to ban me or if I report a user that is insulting me you will ban me for "false reporting". What am I supposed to do in a situation like that?

Yeah all you wanted was something extra that you aren't entitled to which would only inconvenience staff to what you consider an acceptable degree. You are much better at groveling than I could ever be.

I didn't measure anyone down, I was just asking for a help and it would've taken tops 30 seconds but your admin team chose to instead poke fun at me and called my suggestion "bitching". What did I do wrong here? I did everything right but no matter what I do you'll find something wrong. You said nothing to Shell B for that post she made, if I'm disrespectful I'm an asshole, if I refuse to just throw insults at everybody now I'm passive aggressive? I'm not even making any huge demands. Just a small edit that'll probably take less than 10 seconds.

Yes, poor boy. You made a suggestion. The answer was a simple "no". Since you didn't like it you were given reasons.

Yet you ramble on.

me: aw sorry guys but I made a small mistake I typed '0/1' instead of '1/0' and I can't seem to edit it now could you please help me out?

admin: sure no problem, here you go I've done that be careful in the future.

Is it really that big a crime to expect a half decent response like that, I mean, isn't this this what you admin people are supposed to do? Instead I get called a bitch, twat, I get asked to stop bitching, I get asked to shut the fuck up, a post solely made to insult me gets applauded by the very staff that's supposed to help me out and now I'm accused of whining and called a whiner.

You're also about to be advised to fuck off by another Admin. I mean how fucking dare you? I don't take this sort of shit in real life; I certainly won't put up with it in my only escape from all that.

...and I'm supposed to believe this will be their exact same response if someone like say CL made such a request and there's no bias here? I'm just imagining things?

I've lost all fucking interest now, mate. I really don't give a wet shit after that.

Bottle that whine. Now.

Okay, you don't think that's a respectful request? What am I supposed to write a formal letter for that? I was just talking like how I talk with my friends
