Better terminology for "Father and Son" ?

If'n it's universal, kinda takes that feeling of it being sumthin' special away, don't it ?
The granting of a pardon is an imputation of guilt, and the acceptance a confession of it.

frequently on the cutting edge of contemporary theoretical religious insight The granting of a pardon is an imputation of guilt, and the acceptance a confession of it.

Blasphemy is sure a funny thing, ain't it?
It is a sin of commission after all, but consider scripture cherry picking for a moment. It's a sin of omission, and till atheists started squawking about it, believers weren't even aware of it. And really, think about it, God inspired the entire Bible, and yet arrogant believers of all denominations feel themselves qualified to edit God's Holy Book down to just the verses they find convenient to honor with their obedience!! That's a bit worse than blasphemy, ain't it ?? The granting of a pardon is an imputation of guilt, and the acceptance a confession of it.
As a UK citizen, blasphemy is one charge which cannot be levelled against me.
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist. This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair. Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second. That means there's a situation vacant.'

You're clearly not trying hard enough. Try involving Jesus, his mouth, wounds, colon, and urethra with Her Majesty's royal feces, saliva, pap smear, toe jam and withered bush. Let me know if you achieve 'success' with this. The granting of a pardon is an imputation of guilt, and the acceptance a confession of it.
Extra credit if you can contrive any DNA from Prince Philip to wind up in Jesus' person via Her Majesty's careless hygiene . . . .

Since we also don't have a death penalty for treason anymore, that should be a piece of piss.
Or the Duke of Edinburgh, as we call him.
