Since you find the protests to be "petty shit," why are you defending them?

Yeah, and the waiting list for season tickets is still years long at most stadiums and that is unlikely to change anytime soon.

No dipshit. We don't find the protesters to be petty. We find the president pissing on decent people for no fucking good reason while two states and Puerto Rico get pummeled find him petty. The NFL players pointing out inequity is needed. Petty assholes worry about their egos, leaders shut the fuck up and listen.

The players and OWNERS are not petty for standing up for minorities. 45 is petty because it is all about him.

1. The protesters are not the president of the united states .

2. The players are not being petty . They were responding to his pettiness and pigheadedness

3. I never said the protesters were being petty (LEARN TO FUCKING READ)

Came across this in my reading tonight:

Quote:Gilmore, who lives in Charlottesville, said he saw the president's comments as an attempt to use veterans and patriotism to say people don't have the right to protest.

Who would have more moral authority than a World War II veteran to speak about what patriotism really means? That's what Gilmore thought on seeing his grandfather's photo, taken about 1,000 miles away in Springfield, Mo.

Gilmore tweeted the photo Sunday morning, assuming that it would be seen by his friends and small group of followers, he said.

The message from Middlemas, the nonagenarian war veteran: "Those kids have every right to protest."

We vets here aren't the only ones who feel this way. This photo and Tweet has gone viral. Thanks for your continuing service, Mr Middlemas.

Face it - you screwed up. You can't say that kneeling is an important protest, but then say Trump should be above discussing it because a president should be above "petty shit." Think about this stuff before you type it.
