That's the ticket. My family's pushy when it comes to food, but I can usually take just one day's worth of leftovers when I travel for the holidays.

So far so good. I need to eat a little to take my meds but I should only go 10-20 calories over my goal of 2000. I could eat more and still lose weight but I want to lose it fast.
How did you guys do with your thanksgiving eating?

I ended up losing 2% fat in body mass ratio from last week and gain a pound weight.

I caved. I broke y'all.
I had mashed potatoes, green bean casserole, stuffing, mac n cheese, and TWO pieces of pecan pie! My doctor is going to -kill- me lol Maybe if I tell him they were all small servings and it was only one serving of each (except the pie) he will be less murderous.

I did finally got the green light from the doc and started last week.
My concern though...is that when I am resting, my heart rate seems a bit high. When I'm doing a slow walk, it jumps up to a rate that would equal someone running hard. I don't understand why.
Does your doctor know about that already? Is this going from doing nothing to a slow walk?
