Go figure. You just said you get forced to listen to religious stuff, and living under a roof with religious people having to fear negative reactions, is bad enough. He is trying to bully you by calling you ungrateful. I see you are handling yourself very well though. I think it frightens theists that they might be wrong, and that is why he is really saying all this. Again Die, spend enough time on all sorts of atheist websites even ones on FB and Twitter, you will find out lots of teens have to put up with what you do some even worse, to the point of physical abuse and or getting kicked out on the street. If you ever feel stumped by a theist, OF ANY RELIGION, never simply throw up your hands and say, "Crap they got me, better convert", pass their arguments buy us, we will happy to tear their logic apart. And if you need any reading suggestions we have lots. Theists cant stand a well armed atheist, we are impossible to fool. RE: I'm sick and tired of Christianity

I assumed your characterization of teenagers as ungrateful had to do with their rejection of their parents religious beliefs. Happy for you if you don't really think that. Just man up and bootstrap themselves into a successful life. That the plan? RE: I'm sick and tired of Christianity

Happy for you if you don't really think that. I'm characterizing him as ungrateful because he seems to have pretty good parents, but instead of being grateful for them, he whines about their moderate religious beliefs. No, I advocate that they appreciate all the good their parents do for them and put this issue on the back burner until they're able to support themselves. Well that isn't so unreasonable. It isn't as though they are deciding never to have an honest relationship with a parent, they're just postponing doing so until they can afford the fallout. I advocate the same.
