Yes. Correct.  What I’m asking is, what reason is there to believe that it is?  If there is no good reason to believe that it is, then we can rationally dismiss its claims.  Harry Potter is either true or not true, and I don’t think you’d argue with me on that one, regardless of whether or not you’ve read it, right?

If you've read it, why are you asking me?

Because you believe that it is true, and I’d like to know what your reasons are.  I mean...you are a Christian, here, on an atheist forum.  I think it’s a pretty reasonable question, don’t you?

I can verify much of the Bible is definitely from God.

Can you now, lol?  What do you do, call him up on the batphone for comment?  Go through it line by line with a highlighter in one hand and the horn in the other?

Point of interest, which parts of magic book do you think -aren't- from "god"?

Let me guess; something about objective value, plus Koran verses?

A better expresser of the name of God than I can ever be, wrapped up the truth of God's Mastery over humans through his appointed ones and names, in a subtle narrative, leading from beginning to the end, and the Quran comments on it, so you can see much of it is from God and why it must be from God.

The Quran and Bible compliment one another and the Tao also complements them, there is perhaps many holy books from God misinterpreted or mistranslated all over the earth.

I can't rely on people who say they study and love the truths of the book they cherish the most in the religion as authorities, for some of them are authorities over others, and those authorities they take have taken religion as a mockery and game, and the proof of that is the money they demand from the people to become the center of the attention of some people rather directing people to the appointed ones, the anointed ones, those who are the path and way, the family of the reminder, morning star, the door of God, the guide on earth.

And it also verifies the Native American narrative in summary in many ways. Of course religions differ in details but they compliment each other on how they prove God and his Mastery over humans.

That's a fair request.

I can't remember the exact sequence of events in my life, but at age 4 I was introduced to whom I understood was God, through nature, without the influence of people or church. I was born into a situation of considerable suffering, to say the least, and this experience would prove to be my sanity and assurance throughout life. It was as if I came out of the dark into the light, from fear, pain and confusion to color, love and protection.
I began to read the Bible around that age, by my own choice and interest. So I don't really know what it is like to be seeking evidence, seeing that the natural world was clearly an example of power, integrity and intelligence.

The evidence for the Bible is what God is to me personally. The kindness and passionate interest in my spiritual welfare, temporal needs and future.

Why does the utterly bizarre idea of drone sex in one of Iain Banks' Culture novels spring to mind?
It's amazing 'science' always seems to 'find' whatever it is funded for, and never the oppsite. Drich.
