The Rights disdain of Hillary, where does it come from?

When you make a list of things people don't like about politicians, Hillary tends to hit all of them. But unlike W or Bill or Obama, she had no redeeming qualities.

No, they are just using Hillary to deflect attention away from the WLB. He does it himself too of course.

She won the popular vote (leading by around 3 million votes). You said she didn't have any redeeming qualities, and yet the majority of voters must have thought differently. I think what's happening here is simply that you don't like the woman (that's alright, it's not like I'm the biggest fan of her), and you rationalize this by arguing she had no redeeming qualities, when she wasn't worse in terms of policies or personality than her husband or the previous two POTUSes.

It's not like Hillary doesn't provide a lot of ammo for Republicans to use what she says in the upcoming midterms, (her most recent comments about white women who didn't vote for her, I.e.). Dems up for reelection just wish she would go away, (Sherrod Brown and Claire McCaskill, i.e. who said her comments weren't helpful for democrats).

Same is true for Nancy Pelosi. Maybe they'll oblige us and make it easier for left leaning young person to vote for someone who isn't a complete horror like the WLB.

Nah, the dems are gonna fuck it up by trying to run a bajillion Connor Lambs.  You know...an ex marine prosecutor who loves to shoot his ar-15 and is personally opposed to abortion and wants to lock up all the drugs and opposes single payer and supports Scrotus' trade policies including the tariffs?

The left leaning will be asked to vote for trump democrat after trump democrat.   They might be younger, to be more amenable to younger voters.... but younger versions of what.  Wink

My expectation, is that the resistance dems will prop up the establishment in any blue wave but be fundamentally and predictably let down and shit upon by the same. Thus, squandering broad opposition to trumpism, and snatching defeat from the jaws of victory..aaaaaaaah-gain, regardless of whether or not they retake seats. "Yay!" they'll exclaim, for having #flippedit....but their new boy will go and cast his vote with the trumpster all the same.
I am the Infantry. I am my country’s strength in war, her deterrent in peace. I am the heart of the fight… wherever, whenever. I carry America’s faith and honor against her enemies. I am the Queen of Battle. I am what my country expects me to be, the best trained Soldier in the world. In the race for victory, I am swift, determined, and courageous, armed with a fierce will to win. Never will I fail my country’s trust. Always I fight on…through the foe, to the objective, to triumph overall. If necessary, I will fight to my death. By my steadfast courage, I have won more than 200 years of freedom. I yield not to weakness, to hunger, to cowardice, to fatigue, to superior odds, For I am mentally tough, physically strong, and morally straight. I forsake not, my country, my mission, my comrades, my sacred duty. I am relentless. I am always there, now and forever. I AM THE INFANTRY! FOLLOW ME!

Won't work in the Rust Belt and Coal States. Dems will probably have to put up more moderate candidates like Lamb and Manchin if they hope to win back the voters there. The more left leaning candidates will do better in the coastal states like California and New York.
