There are several options.

Vats of acid are good.

You can boil the bodies up in water and a really strong chemical to reduce the body to a soup (doesn't get rid of teeth).

Or you could start a snack shop/ gardening centre to sell the meat as burgers and ground up bone as fertiliser.

Or magically visit Skyrim and feed them to dragons.
