Is it a single site transmitter with repeaters stationed for coverage? Where are those? Whats the transmission protocol? Are there dead zones or materials that can interfere with the transmission and what would happen to people if they stumbled into or behind one? How does a receiver reestablish a lost connection or handle a degraded signal? What security measures are in place and how is each individual signal differentiated from the others by transmitter or receiver?
How and where are the signals themselves produced, and how does the receiving unit access that? What sort of errors occur in each of these processes?

How do you connect supernatural phenomenon to the existence of Maniacal and Sadistic God?

I was thinking of the latency from signals being limited by the speed of light.

It;d have to be fairly local to keep us from getting hit by a car in the back and forth, eh, lol? That, understanding that we;re fairly slow responders. In principle...taking the fastest responders as a case example..we could put a theoretical limit on the distance between earth and heaven by reference to the speed of light. It could only be half the distance that light could travel from the moment of of stimulus to impetus.
-and thats assuming instantaneous computation of the signal and it's response at both ends.....

So when you sever you head you wake up in the cloud.
Now if your memories were all self contained in your brain what you described "hooking up to a different body" could be possible. But if your brain is a transmitter/receiver/computer hooked up the interebs and the http host "woke up from the matrix" then you would remain dead.
Where is this cloud? How far away is it?
I think it's the same one all those celebrity nudes leaked from.

This is not your original claim. You claimed that the scientific method is circular, you said nothing about using the scientific method to evaluate the scientific method. Did you think no one would notice? That said, the professor is talking out of his ass.
Science is essentially empirical. It's tested against reality, not arguments. It's not an argument, it's a method. A method of discerning what is most likely true about the things we are able to observe. No matter your opinion on science or how circular you think it might be, the electronic device and internet you're using still works. Science is a process of discovering what works and at least as importantly, what doesn't.
The purpose of the scientific method is to expand our body of knowledge. As a result of using it, we have a LOT of things that work. Most relevantly, the technology you're using to try to convince people that the scientific method is circular.
Using the scientific method to evaluate the scientific method (Is the scientific method accomplishing what it's supposed to accomplish? Yep.) is no more circular than using your eyes to verify that your eyes are working. What else would you use to check if you can see? Whether you can see or not is something you have to determine empirically, and you have to use your sight to do it.
I'm not anti-Christian. I'm anti-stupid.

Well, again that is what the bible tells us (absent from the body=present with God.) and it was my experience at my judgement. I 'awoke' and was ushered into a small line of people being judged.
That said. we will all find out for ourselves sooner or later. If i'm wrong you can gloat and tell me you told me so.

When I do it chemically, I wake up in a fog. This what you mean?
The cloud was a metaphore for the dimension where God/our consciousness resides/Where our memories are stored, as in the internet cloud. It is also Where we remotely control our avatars... It was also a play on words as in the old days God was supposed to have lived in the cloud(s)

Now if only you had some evidence that this is the case, then you might have something.
That's what the articles in the OP were about. To show that the brain is indeed a transmitter and receiver, which lends it'self to the idea that "we" are not our bodies, but our bodies are avatars in a different world/realm.
If that were true then would it not change the way we looked at life and death?

This is why I am asking how far away the cloud is. It can't be too far otherwise we wouldn't be able to keep our balance.
When I had my main attack of MS I had a weird sensation of buoyancy every time I made a step because the signals were too slow travelling along the nerves when they were sent back from my body to my brain.
