Every been loved by a really awesome parent who could help you grown and offer you anything to reach your fullest potential?

I know I sould like a nutter when I say I got to experience that love only for a moment, but it was so... complete perfect warm and inviting, I felt like I could never want to leave it...

Love is the only legit reason to want to be with God. again a child who loves his parents given the oppertunity to reunite needs no other reason.. Granted if God is not your father then you will never see a need to return.

How can you call your Father loving if he can potentially torture people?

He not torturing those in whom He loves. He is punishing those who hate us and Him. I can most definitely draw a distinct line between the two. those being punished are not the same as those being set apart/loved.

If your father was a soldier who fought ISIS or the Nazi's and caused a great deal of pain to anyone wearing a Nazi or isis uniform could not not then accept his love? or do you cheapen his loving efforts because he has the balls to defend you and the rest of this nation from those who would see harm to come to you or that would hate you? do you hate your father because he was not 'progressive enough to have a random cross section of isis fighters and or anyone who hates you because you love him, into your home and have him try and force our lifestyle on those people?

Or are you truly smart enough to know that one man's hero is another mans boogeyman?

I have no problem loving the boogeyman if indeed I too were a boggy..

Now again before you shoot of some self righteous bs, know YOU And your leftist agenda is MY Boogie man. I like you could ask how can you love those who promote an unrighteous life style? But I am reminded that I can tolerate the boogiemen in my life because my father has extended me grace and commanded that I do the same.

The tiny man needs a big daddy, lol. Doesn;t care if he;s a piece of shit..... so long as he's a yooge friggin guy.
I am the Infantry. I am my country’s strength in war, her deterrent in peace. I am the heart of the fight… wherever, whenever. I carry America’s faith and honor against her enemies. I am the Queen of Battle. I am what my country expects me to be, the best trained Soldier in the world. In the race for victory, I am swift, determined, and courageous, armed with a fierce will to win. Never will I fail my country’s trust. Always I fight on…through the foe, to the objective, to triumph overall. If necessary, I will fight to my death. By my steadfast courage, I have won more than 200 years of freedom. I yield not to weakness, to hunger, to cowardice, to fatigue, to superior odds, For I am mentally tough, physically strong, and morally straight. I forsake not, my country, my mission, my comrades, my sacred duty. I am relentless. I am always there, now and forever. I AM THE INFANTRY! FOLLOW ME!

It is self righteousness informed by science that separates man from God and righteousness, forcing him to seek the black and white bonds of pop morality, which blinds them to all other views.

What a load  of tosh!  I do assign responsibility, both to myself and to others.  I just don't do it under the flag of a god, because gods are superfluous to the assumption of and assigning of responsibility.

Quote:Truly. serving God is the exact opposite of what you think.

Putting aside the fact that you cannot read my mind to determine what I actually think, I'm quite sure that "serving God" is merely serving an image that exists in one's own mind, with no other referent in reality.

I can read your mind because you puke your ideas all over the page.

As ssuch you missed the point I was making because you assume you thoughts on biblical christianity are all about right and wrong.

YOU ARE WRONG

The Christian is not about us doing right. We are told we will never 'do right' so rather than lower the bar (IE: assign responsibility, both to myself and to others.) we need only seek atonement and turn from wanting to sin. so again Christianity is not about doing right. it is about seeking atonement for the right we can not do.

Christianity as the bible describes it is far less 'judgemental' that you assigning right and wrong to things/pop morality.

As a big man...I can say with authority that you;re going about it all wrong.

I suspect an entire semester of lectures could be devoted to this post in a psychology course.

again moron perspective.

One man's shit is another man's treasure.

God I can tell pure bread white people (white breaders)

You have no cross cultural pov or reference. you ALWAYS assume the world is as you see it. that to you if you identify something as crap EVERYONE must agree.

I learn a long time ago to talk personal identification with a grain of salt. why? because truly who's to say who is right and who is wrong? who to say taking your shoes off is wrong or weird before you go inside. who to say sitting and eating off the floor is wrong who's to say we all must look a man in the eye and shake his hand hard? what is right for one man one culture is right for them and another it maybe wrong. only a self centered ass would presume to tell anyone else what they are doing can never be right.

I mean seriously. look how I started this subject/answered the OP... I simply pointed out what is right for us is right and was not meant for others. and look how you all have responded try desperately errode that message. making you view the only acceptable pov.

That is all white/westerner thinking there sport. Shame the one who stands in opposition to what you feel comfortable with without thought or consideration to how or why. just smash what is different.

That said again one man's shit is another's bread and butter. just because those who hate God consider Him shit does not mean He is. it just go to show why God need to have such a sharp divide between himself/us and the others.
