Jor - I have a Canon all-in-one printer. Got it from Walmart for less than $50. It's my second Canon AIO printer. I like it a lot and mostly use it to scan receipts or make copies of things.

Enjoying a snack of herring fillets in mustard sauce. I need something to tide me over until dinner. I'm seriously eyeing yet another bag of salt & vinegar potato chips.

Also, I went to the library and checked out (among other things), a copy of Logic's Everybody, well, technically, a copy of The Far East Movement's Free Wired with the case of Logic's Everybody.

Well, at least I got a bunch of other things there. Also, I saw someone wrote "Romanes Eunt Domus" on the dry erase board in one of the study rooms. I immediately took a photo of it. The girls who were in there already  were confused, and I showed them the picture. When they were confused, I said "Well, someone's clearly never seen Life of Brian. It's the centerpiece of one of the funniest scenes in the film."

And, more frustrating, I got another nosebleed just before we were to leave. Seriously, this is the third day in a row I've had a nosebleed, and that's after several years without a single one. I don't know what's going on, although I suspect my finally regaining my sense of smell after years of dormancy this summer might have something to do with it. I'm seriously considering asking the ladies of the forum about their opinions on what tampons are the best at containing bloodflow AND thin enough to reasonably fit in the nostril of an adult male.

We get Bioflavinoids for my youngest son. Nosebleeds run in both sides of the family. My FiL nearly died from an undetected nosebleed Doh when he was in basic training in the Army in Colorado. The elevation and the dry air gave him a nosebleed, but it went into his throat. He was actually given Last Rites® since he was Catholic. A doctor finally figured it out before he died. As for me, I've been punched in the nose so many times that I've lost count; while my nose isn't all that pretty, it has seldom bled under assault from many a fist. It's gotten mightily swollen, though, from said activities. When it did bleed, the blood got sprayed on my assailants. Wink "Here's blood in yer eye, asshole!"  Tongue

If the frequency and duration are increasing it might be a good idea to see the Dr. Especially if you notice bleeding elsewhere (gums, minor cuts,.......)

Not sure where you live but with winter coming on it might just be dry air. Nasal saline mist will help with that and of course a humidifier.

Riding a boat through dense fog on the Mississippi River. What could go wrong?

In Skokie, IL (near Chicago), and, for what it's worth, I've been nosebleed-free the last two days (so far, anyway.) At this point, I think that, during a particularly extreme nose-blow on Thursday, the booger in question (it was about as big as a pinky fingernail) somehow ripped with such force that it broke skin. The other two happened because of followup blows. That said, if I keep getting nasal blockage this big, I may need to see an otolaryngologist.

Well then, just cut your nails for safer picking.
