I already answered the sufficiency question. Humans have the potential for error. It doesn't mean we have to err in something, but why increase your chances if you don't know something? I think it's good that it's not sufficient, because it can drive us to make it more sufficient by learning. Sometimes that requires making mistakes (trial and error).
So... you're saying that human intelligence is, somehow, incrementally, increasing in capability, huh?

How about you just open your dictionary ... it seems to be good enough for you, when you are asked.
