Do we have an icon that adequately expresses the "MEEEEEEOOOOOOOOW!" factor going on in here?

Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence - Carl Sagan
Mankind's intelligence walks hand in hand with it's stupidity. Being an atheist says nothing about your overall intelligence, it just means you don't believe in god. Atheists can be as bright as any scientist and as stupid as any creationist. You never really know just how stupid someone is, until you've argued with them.
Because it's immoral for people to act how they want, that they dare not to be sheep.
Salty. Baaaah.
Wait, are they immoral because the bible says so?

They have sex, so they are not defective-any more than someone who masturbates is.I'm just trying to sort this one out in my head before I move on to other questions. We have sex because of the natural function to reproduce: The purpose of sexual enjoyment is rooted in the need for the species to proliferate. Any sexual act which falls outside of the clear function of sex isn't following its natural function. I'd agree that any non productive sex act is similar, if not identical. My point was that this is a basic moral objection to all of those acts. RE: Homosexuals and Heaven

You're not actually willing to let biology and nature have control of the question of morality are you? That's pretty much anathema to the god concept Frods. If this sort of thing is rooted in natural explanations god is not required to explain morality, he is no law-giver, only an arbitrator. Laying all of that aside, how did we make the leap from biological function to morality? Sounds like we're defining morality to fit our argument. Predators showing compassion for prey would then be immoral. That's some pretty subjective shit right there.
I am the Infantry. I am my country’s strength in war, her deterrent in peace. I am the heart of the fight… wherever, whenever. I carry America’s faith and honor against her enemies. I am the Queen of Battle. I am what my country expects me to be, the best trained Soldier in the world. In the race for victory, I am swift, determined, and courageous, armed with a fierce will to win. Never will I fail my country’s trust. Always I fight on…through the foe, to the objective, to triumph overall. If necessary, I will fight to my death. By my steadfast courage, I have won more than 200 years of freedom. I yield not to weakness, to hunger, to cowardice, to fatigue, to superior odds, For I am mentally tough, physically strong, and morally straight. I forsake not, my country, my mission, my comrades, my sacred duty. I am relentless. I am always there, now and forever. I AM THE INFANTRY! FOLLOW ME!
I was just exploring the idea Rhythm. It's a naturalistic observation that would seem to be the basis of the [non religious] moral stance on the subject.

Does that seem to be the basis? I think you've been hearing arguments from the avoidance of harm. Here's how this goes, if you use the developed human concept of morality and try to apply it to things like aardvarks and zebra, it doesn't work very well. Now why would that be? Likely has to do with the notion that morality is not some intrinsic foundation of the universe as seen in theology, but a very small product of a very small subset of creatures that has a wide range of subjectivity across those boundaries. If you shitcan the moral authority garbage you'll be able to better "explore" these sorts of observations.
Here's a simple "naturalistic" observation. Nature is not some absolute moral authority. It, like the badger below, don't give a shit. Are you built as a vehicle to protect and perpetuate life? Sure. Is that somehow morally right or wrong? No, not even close.

Shit. I like the heat. Helps tan my alabaster skin into an acceptable gold color.
